Submitted complaint about sportsbook last week and I haven't heard back

I submitted a sportsbook complaint last Thursday, and I haven't hears anything back from SBR. How long does it usually take to hear back about a complaint?

I thought that meant anything submitted yesterday 11/27/08.

I submitted my complaint over a week ago (11/20/08).
