How do you locate the sharpest posts on SBR?
I've been on this website for about 2 years, I've found that I can consistently win by filtering the great posts here on sbr from all the degenerate ones. I also handicap with a system, and as much information as I can. I know that there are others out there who win in the long run, primarily by taking advice from the Top Tier sbr posters. What are your strategies to do this? Who are your favorite cappers to gain info from?

For me, I have PImike at the top of my list, sweetjones55 when he used to post here. Do you look for players who may be attempting to go tout? My best sport is NFL, which allegedly has the most efficient market. Not sure why that is.

Sharps don't usually give out winning picks on public forums. They may trade them privately with other +EV handicappers.

OP you are definitely correct about there being some sharp posts on here. You do have to filter a lot of the crap posts and repetitive stuff, sometimes you need to read between the lines as well. However when you find good posts, they give you the onus to go out and test things and add some arrows to your bow.

You should read posts from 2007-2010. Really good material from that time frame. You could start with Ganchrow, and then read others that replied to his posts, as many of them had valuable input and good thoughts of their own. Not many people post valuable information in the think tank any more. I noticed a significant decrease in the number of quality posts beginning about 2 years ago.

                    It's difficult to do.

You find them by accident on this forum as well as other gambling forums.
