Pats were only -3 vs Niners at home before the books inflated the number for suckers.

That means they would be +3 in San Fran.

Perception is key, what if Broncos barely beat the Chiefs this week and look bad doing so....

that's my whole point. ESPN has been pumping Manning comeback/MVP player of the year all season long down public throat and what will be fresh in publics mind is the national tv game against SF. ppl are gonna think "damn if Kaerpknick could put up 35+ on the Pats whats Manning gonna do at home"

Correct that Broncos will be favored, but I would not say "significantly". Do you see AFC Futures anywhere right now? Pinny has no futures up at all and 5 Dimes only has Super Bowl futures up. I could work the numbers using Super Bowl odds but that would not be as accurate as using AFC Futures.

DSi has the AFC futures up. Denver -120 and Pats +150. So yea its setting up to be Denver -2.5 or 3.

A less sharp book being sportsbook.com has them as well Broncos at even and Pats at +110. They are suggesting a near pkem game when the 2 meet.

yeah no they deff wont be favored.. denver looks like the best team right now and will be home and peyton manning will want revenge agaisnt the team that gave him his last loss... this is if houston doesnt get revenge on the pats.. houston needs to be real at some point

Can Houston beat anybody right now? To me they are the 11th out of 12 choices to win the Super Bowl. Id give the Bengals a better chance than them.

Bengals would give the Broncs a better game than Ravens will give the Pats. Think that will have a big impact on the line. Just my 2 cents tho and of course this it based on the assumption Cinci wins this weekend

I dont see the Pats or Broncos losing there 1st game but Baltimore could give the Pats a run for there money. Ravens should put up some big points against that Pat Def.
