Sanchez maybe a better QB in terms of mechanics and such but is obviously not a better leader, motivator, etc.

You can't make that comparison I watched almost every snap of every Tebow game last year they never let him throw it. Like I said in the Pitt game he threw for over 300 yards. Many times it be the second half before he throw his first ball. That's not him that's the coaching.
