I sound like the grinch that stole Thanksgiving on this one but here are my observations on those free Thanksgiving dinners you see all over tarnation.You have to be really barelled in to go into those lepper colonies.People are gagging and flem is spewing in all directions and everything is being made the old fashioned way from scratch when the new processed-instant way is cheaper and better. The volunteers have their claws into all the food cutting up potatoes and fisting stuffing into the birds orifices.Are those turkey basting bags with leftover brown gravy in the kitchen or did the patrons who use colostomy bags dispose of them there instead of the rest rooms.The same people preparing the food just changed a squalling brat's diaper and didn't wash their hands.Guys from the mission have $6 packs of cigarettes in their shirt pocket and can't afford food.
How much does it cost to fill your face on Thanksgiving even in trying times where the food would be better and more trustworthy than the slop you get at a free Thanksgiving dinner?The stuff looks like the buffet in the movie Las Vegas Vacation where Cousin Eddy gets his fill of brown molded crap that wiggles and jiggles.I would rather buy a 33cent box of generic mac&cheese,a $1.29 cent box of Little Debbies,a pound of Bar S hot dogs for 89 cents and a 2 liter bottle of Coke for $1.29.I heard that turkeys in places like Omaha were selling for as low as 49 cents a pound.I bought a pumkin pie for $1.49 and even though I'm not a pumpkin fan it was the best pie I ever ate.
Then you have to load all these people up and haul them 10 miles to get to the free dinner.When they board the bus for the return back to the senior citizen wrinkle ranch home the driver asks them,is that a stolen candied yam in your pocket or are you just glad to see me.Is it all worth it?Why not just throw live turkeys from a helicopter like Les Nessman did on WKRP.It makes as much sense.Then the whole production is used as a prop by the liberal media,academia and democrats so they can show how much need there is in this country.Why don't they all go to the dinners to spoon feed everyone if they are so concerned.Next Thanksgiving Obama will have been in office for nearly a year and by all rights,there should be no more need for free Thanksgiving dinners because all the country's financial and poverty woes will have been solved.
I heard a mission in Philly didn't get their free turkey shipment in and needed 700 turkeys and all the trimmings and Obama showed up and did the Jesus dealie producing everything they needed out of thin air.All the bums ran up to him with pails of water then so he could turn it into Ripple.
Mark my word,the free turkey dinners won't be shown in the liberal media next year even if we are in a depression and currently rich people are broke by then showing up for a free dinner.They are going to protect Obama to the hilt like the state run North Korean media doesn't show how bad it is there.
They have one of these huge dinners at the arena in DULUTH,Minnesota where I live close to!
