They didn't review ULL TD where the pass was extremely close to hitting the ground.
IMO it didn't hit the ground.

WR who has botched at least 3 wide open catches, one for a sure TD and the other 2 for at least big gains. They weren't just drops, he looked like he was batting down the ball he was so wide open and the passes so perfect.
