You are so right there Sam. They have some really big time explaining to do.... I have never seen the like. They trusted someone way too much if you ask me and they got burnt seriously and it hurts them really bad. I am still shaking my head with someone that has over $250k in with these clowns. That is the shocker of the year. Someone is not a very happy camper this Christmas are they?

You got that right Sam and rip off the players while you are at it. This is just unreal. This is worse than anyone can imagine. On top of that the huge amounts here that were lost was absolutely crazy to have that much in there in the first place. I can't imagine having over $1,000 in there but over $250k just floors me.

If it can can be proved that the money came from the USA and SBR or SBR employees got a piece of that money they are liable in civil courts here in the USA, and they may also face criminal charges of money laundering charges as well. This whole thing just keeps getting uglier, thats why nobody here is talking, Im sure their lawyers have told them to keep quiet

No. They specifically separated themselves from dealing with US funds. No matter what it actually was, any payment will be claimed as advertising fees.

Maybe ran it up with a lucky streak or a big parlay, and was only able to get smallish amounts out each week.

For me, the interesting thing is Justin taking an 85k bath, which suggests the book's rapid failure was probably a total surprise.

Sympathies to anyone who got burned - was once in a situation like this myself. Only for $30k, and eventually got it all back, but it was pretty unpleasant at the time.
