Neteller error causing me $5k please help!!!
On June 18th my NETELLER account balance was $186
On June 19th Neteller closed my account for investigation which I have no clue why. I told I would provide any information they would want me to give.
On June 19th same day I had a payout of 16786 from MVP sports. Since the a/c was closed at this point I was not able to access the funds
On June 20th another payout came from BETUS for $5000 and I called Neteller at that point and confirmed the payouts with Janet but she said she will not be able to release my fund till the investigation has completed. I have than called MVP and BETUS to confirm my payouts to Neteller.
Well After almost 4 Weeks of runaround Finally I called back Neteller on JULY 17th to inquire about my funds and I was told that it will be send back to Merchant since my account was permanently closed. I called MVP sports and BETUS and gave them instructions that the funds were coming back.
Well when I called back Neteller on July 18th I was told the fund has been send back to the merchants. I didn't get back any funds to my BETUS a/c I called back Neteller for confirmation and they said it was send to ACTIONBETS. I told the Neteller rep actionbet is not the one who did a payout to me while my account was closed. I spoke with 3 different Reps and I was transferred to Janet who said You will have to deal with ACTIONBETS and hanged up the phone on me.
Well at this point NETELLER owes me $5000 of BETUS. If they have send my money to the wrong Merchant than they need to reverse the transaction and pay me to the Merchant who send me the money on June 20th. I had received a payout by ACTIONBETS on JUNE13 in Neteller and I have used that money. My account balance on June18 was $186.
