It pretty much killed the mom and pop leisure travel shops, but my wife's corporate travel biz is still going very well. She's booking 400+ tickets a month at this time, mostly for one of her bigger clients out on the Left Coast.

I disagree on travel agency, people are still lazy to do all of the research on flights in term of cheapest flights and quickest way to get there...so a travel agency is still useful.
