Because it is quite clear a lot of people want to kill him, and posting a picture which helps people identify him could expose the site to liability for failing to remove the picture in a potentially dangerous situation. Even worse, if somehow the picture is not him and the dude gets killed or hurt, the site would be in deep shit for contributing to the misidentification.
