I'm assuming the people with five digit and up balances had not deposited anywhere near that. A combination of an overly generous bonus structure and a friendly football season had many people way in the black at this book.
I had deposited $2700, cashed out once for $750, and had a $3200 balance. 15 weeks into the football season, BI was down $1250 to me before they gave up.
How much were people up/down on the season to them. This will tell the real story of their demise. You can't give out huge bonuses and have the public winning every big game and stay in business very long.
