Much to my surprise a few individuals had interest if the price was right. The negotiations went back and forth for most of the day yesterday and a big reason I was off the board for much of the day. We got the news it was a go early this morning and the team has been working feverishly to get cash in play on this game. When it’s all said and done I’m probably going to have in the neighborhood of 3.5 to 3.8 million on this game.
