I knew the book was done once Nick Left. Never redeposited after. Sorry to all of you whom lost your shirts. But give SBR their due boys, they can't blast a book until the final death knell. They make their money off ads, that money pays for our BTP prizes our Poker Prizes and the very generous points store.

You can't risk losing more clients by mishandling the ones who might of went south. Nothing SBR does can save the money that is already lost if BI Is dead.

I think these guys lied to us more than anyone. Or at least mislead us that the processing issues were temporary.

As far as the rating goes, the C rating gives them one more chance to do the right thing. If we get mislead again we will lower them again.

Why were you giving them the benefit of the doubt at that point, though? I'm not saying SBR needed to hit the panic button, but your overwhelming patience and with them and respect for due process despite warning signs everywhere was a bit troubling.

There shouldn't be a "fool me once" mentality when it comes to this. I don't know why SBR would risk its reputation by being slow to judge this book as the walls began to crumble.
