About 7 days into the 5 Dimes situation, I knew something was up.

What?

I did NOT know.

But something didn't seem right.

If Dumbtown JEEM was having all this troubles, time and time again with off shore accounts, why didn't he just play with a local?

So I wondered.............and wondered. Didn't make sense, but I knew I had to get to the bottom of it.

So I put LARRY on the case.

He followed JEEMS every move.

Why wasn't Jeem just betting with a local? It would be so much easier..........

Well LARRY, got it on tape. We now KNOW WHY JEEM doesn't wager with a local.

2 attempted times JEEM trying to wager with a local were caught on tape.

The best footage was lost in a high speed chase (it fell out of larry's back pack)

Private EYE is going to obtain more footgage as soon as possible.

But even in this brief exchange I think why we can see JEEM is unable to find a local who will deal with him, and why JEEM has no choice but to wager off shore.
