The 2 Super Bowl favorites rose to the occasion on Sunday Broncos and 49ers. Patriots now have to go to Mile High in the playoffs. Might as well flush your Patriots to win AFC and Super Bowl down the drain boys.

Patriots lose 1 game and you say they've been exposed. That's how good of a team they are that everyone expects them to win every single game lol. This thread is a straight complement to the Pats.
Oh and let's not forget, Patriots still almost won the game putting up 34 points against the 49ers D despite 4 turnovers. Yep, soft as hell

Good point. "Ravens and Steelers only consistent teams in the AFC over the past decade." You made yourself look like a chump with that comment. 5 SB appearances with 3 wins, most wins in the NFL over that time frame and two MVP awards for the QB. Now I am a huge homer admittedly, but anyone who says the Ravens, Steelers or anyone else for that matter, has been more consistent over the last decade is just plain as day dumb.
Nice thread dumb ass

In a dome/warm weather setting, Patriots win last nights game by 14+.
Weather-related turnovers cost them. Oh and wait til Gronk gets back.....gonna be a scary scary team.

So when Gronk gets back the defense will not give up 41 points a game?

how do u figure exposed? if anything last night further cemented what a great QB Brady is and how solid the Pats are...unfortunately the special teams failed to make a stop when they needed but thats football...you cant win every game...started off impressed by the 9ers and by the end of the game was far more impressed w/ the Pats and this is coming from a Giants fan...

They had turnovers, I hate the Patriots, but take away those fumbles and they win the game.
49ers are the one's who will be exposed during the playoffs.
I expect the Patriots to go pretty deep.

please tell me how Atlanta,Green bay and Saints are hard hitting defenses.. This is ridicoulous. Denvers defense is better then all 3 of those. All of the nfl has went to a more passing style offense. There are very few teams in either division that has hard hitting defenses.

I expect Patriots homers and fans like WyomgGuy or Goat Milk(for sure) to come in here and argue the opposite or just trash talk because of this thread but let's face it......
.....New England is just overrated and soft. They have been like this since Super Bowl 42 and their gimmick offenses just don't cut it against teams that can hit and play solid football. Their dominance over the AFC and their weak ass division year after year is the only reason they win 11 or more games every year in the regular season. Teams like Denver, Texas and San Diego cannot compete against the likes of NFC teams like the Saints, Falcons or the Packers on a consistent basis.
NY Giants exposing the Pats for years now and the 49ers are doing it tonight. Steelers and Ravens are the only decent teams consistently in the AFC for the past decade other than that it's a weak ass conference.
Pats represent that conference perfectly.

They got very tired in the 2nd half. 49ers offense couldnt get a 1st down for quite awhile.

How will they be exposed? Nobody has them pegged as the elite team to beat in the nfc?

Oddsmakers have installed them as heavy favorites to come out of the NFC. Some places have them now favored to win the superbowl as well.

Every week, new development. After yesterday, i also like them to represent the NFC, but that doesn't mean it will happen. Seattle looks better especially with HF.

I think any1 who makes the plaoffs in the NFC has a real chance to play in the SuperBowl. Absolutely wide open IMO. I do feel that the Seahawks are a year away though. The same cant be said about the AFC as realalisticly only 3 teams can represent there conference.
