i see shurmur surviving for the same reasons as rivera and that group.. they're all still very new and the owners would probably like to avoid such a quick turnover.

shurmur also has a rookie QB and RB, and the browns have at least played pretty hard in general. this gives him some leeway.

only 4 are probable, that's not that many. each of the 4 have been with their organizations long enough where things have either completely deteriorated or simply run their course. those are always the likeliest fires.
