I requested a * payout from BetIslands way back in October. BetIslands promised to pay many different times by many different methods but each time had some excuse. I talked to Jon who seemed like a good guy and he made promises to pay a couple times but that did not happen. I tried to show BetIslands respect and gave them plenty of time to resolve this but finally contacted SBR and complained on 12/7. I sent SBR follow-up messages but can't even get a reply back from SBR. I likely would have started to get a few p2p payouts from betIslands from my existing balance starting on 12/7 if I had not contacted SBR but I expected SBR would get back to me right away with a resolution or status update on the unpaid check so I did not do this. By the time I finally requested a p2p payout from BetIslands on 12/11 I was told they aren't doing any payouts until next week.
I realize that I was the one that decided to post up at this place so I have responsibility for this. I really like SBR but am very disappointed that I could not even get a simple 1 minute reply from SBR with some status update. I kepy expecting SBR would reply back to my messages so I decided it would be best for me not to do anything until I heard from SBR and now I don't have any of my balance. Again, my fault for not requesting betIslands p2p payouts from 12/7 to 12/10 when they were doing them but it might have helped me if SBR gave me a simple reply.
