First of all if Auburn plays this game in Mobile, Alabama wins by default since the game is in Tuscaloosa. Might want to get all your facts straight first. It only adds credibility to any statements you make.

Second, if you are at all familiar with the history of this series, the majority of the time the better team wins. There are not that many upsets in this series. The two teams have played six common opponents this year. Alabama is 6-0 having outscored them be 202 -101. Auburn is 2-4 being outscored 80-99. In this game the best thing to do is to look at the playmakers on each team. For the first time in awhile, Alabama has more. And say what you want about Tubs being a great coach but just keep in mind that Saban isn't a slouch. He too has had 2 weeks to prepare for a team with a struggling offense and struggling kicking game. Auburn is preparing for a multi-punch running game, some pretty good receivers, a good return guy in Arenas and Mt. Cody. There are plays in the offense for Cody to carry the ball. How would you like to be the one standing between him and the goal line?

Why people want to talk about the Florida game onext week is beyond me. I have not heard any Bama fan say Florida is a bad team. As a matter of fact, most are looking forward to that game to see how much progress our team has made. You just don't get that even if Florida beats us, we are happy with the progress made this year.

i responded immediately after your question earlier in the thread. i said he was banging someone in the athletic dept, that was purely off of memory. you chose to ignore that answer and tell me that i was wrong. so then afterwards, i googled it to confirm that i was right, and of course, i was. i found out it was his secretary, which would mean that what i said about "someone in the athletic dept" was correct.

I am not an Alabama fan but I was at their spring practice for a couple of days to learn the intricacies of the 3-4. I saw them again from the sidelines when they played TN. They are much better than you think. It may be a tough game but I think they will not only beat Auburn, they will also beat Florida. They are too big and physical up front.

I respectfully disagree with your comment, "...they will also beat Florida." I'm a FSU alum and I have no love for the Gators whatsoever, however, they have way too much speed for Alabama. Alabama will not be able to keep up.
