I go through my friend, and he goes to the guy. I have paid him some weeks, and some weeks he has paid me but he has never paid me over 1800...now he owes me almost 6k and he is no where to be found...he even owes my friend 1k

The friend who knows the bookie has to know more about him than just a cell phone number...

He has to know him from somewhere there is way to find him, but then again his phone could be dead so don't jump to conclusions to fast.
