D2 Football Title: Winston-Salem State vs Valdosta State

Line opened at WSSU -4.5 at 5 Dimes. It's been pounded down...I think it is at WSSU -1 now. If these were two D1 teams that people were familiar with, the line would be Valdosta State -3 or -4. Winston-Salem is a HBC that recently moved down from D1AA. They have a very good team, but in a suspect conference. Joe Bettor sees them as being undefeated against a VSU team with two losses so they will naturally bet on the undefeated team. Valdosta is rolling right now and has been on the big stage before.

I would take them +1 as the line is moving towards them being the favorite. Curious to see if 5 Dimes posts an over/under too.

Like it Dane, hard to believe and dont usually see both S.Ga clubs getting points this weekend during the playoffs.. Probably taking Valdosta and GA.SOUTHERN myself for a little action.

mt union -18 is the play

without uw-whitewater to challenge them, it will be easy pickings against the st thomas tommies (one of the worst nicknames in sports).
last week was the only time all year mt union won by less than 18

Don't know that much about D3, but you would think so since Mount Union is the only team anyone has ever heard of. That said, they are ridiculously good. They gave up a total of 7 points over a 7 game stretch or something like that.

3 losses for whitewater, 2 close ones and got beat handily by uw-oshkosh (final 4 team)

with 2 losses they would've snuck in but 3 was too many

Over/under at 60...not sure what to make of that. Was hoping for a lower number.

Winston Salem looks like a typical HBCU. Studs on defense, bad special teams, 400 lb O-lineman that can't move.....WSSU's great skill has overcome their deficiencies up until now, but they've dug themselves an early hole today.
