I'm assuming there's some error with Yahoo giving the Bulls 2 extra points in the 3^rd and 2 fewer in the 1^st.

Yahoo often makes mistakes on this stuff.

If there's a dispute on the result, you have to use the "official" grading site. For NBA, I'd use NBA.com.
