Got ref # for my payout short time ago

People need to calm down

Seems most with an opinion don't even play there

I strongly believe this to be true:

Bob: Well man you have to understand that we do have same day payouts but the whole reason behind the delayed payments is just that the guys that we have been paying out through checks have been getting P2P

Bob: and it Maxed out our processor to send out money to regular clients.

Taken many payouts here and this book has never fukked me over yet....yes I requested a same day payout yesterday, got it today....big fukking deal.

That's a good idea, but with the number of people who are complaining, the fact that one person is getting their money doesn't solve much of anything. Hopefully they continue down the line with everyone else.

The shitty thing here is the GM was a nice enough guy to be posting on SBR...along with the same day payouts. Posters got spoiled. Most of the negative remarks about BI are from clowns who admit themselves they don't even play there.

I have yet to hear one person get stiffed..

i will stick with this book.. if i get stiffed i can live with it. They have always been there whenever i needed anything. I truly believe them and i think they will be around for a long long time. Jon has went out of his way to come on here and talk to people. I believe he has stopped doing this as much because he gets constantly bashed by people who don't use his book or just want to be negative about everything. I think most of the people who talk to theirselves in threads are the same person anyways with multiple ghosts so dont really care much what they say about the book. I don't deposit at books or make opinions about books based on stuff I read. I do it off experience. My experience with them as been excellent and I will continue to deposit with them. Most people are complaining today about withdrawals, but they werent processing deposits today either because of the same processer issues. Jon had been sick and then on vacation and people are bashing him for it, but you know what, he is human and he deserves the same things in life as most people who work get. Customer service to me as always been a big deal. Everyone has problems at every book. I have had my share of p2p problems with all books and this is the only book to ever really try to fix the issue. I am still waiting over a month because of a fk up heritage did with their processer and those guys didnt do squat to help me fix it. I have had jon adjust my limits to fit my needs which other books wouldnt. I actually had them a couple times give me a full track payout even though there limits stated otherwise.

Betislands Statement (12/3)

Hi guys,

As you all know over the past we month we acquired 7redsports a move which included expanding our offices. This led to some unexpected technical issues that I am positive we have overcome.. growing pains one might add.

It saddens me to read the personal attacks vs me and BetIslands , when I have done nothing more to try and help everyone out in this forum and trying to make myself available for everyone more so than any GM/owner in this business. I truly believe that I go the extra mile for our client and I think 99% of clients if they are honest with themselves will see how I have gone out of my to make players feel comfortable and to enjoy playing at Betislands.

In regards of our check payouts , it is no secret that banking is an obstacle for ANY north american facing sportsbook and I think our payout record speaks for itself and putting us on the top of fastest paying sportsbooks after " Sandy " we decided to temporarily pause our checks. This does not mean anything other than a banking change and we will be working with clients on an account to account basis to get them their funds through alternative methods. Our check payout option should be back in a few weeks.

Our CS department has not been as stellar as they usually are the last month we took on several more clients that has greatly increased our workload , this is why we have hired several more reps that you all will be seeing shortly. I do not micro manage but unfortunately we get some unrealistic requests on a daily that my staff has no choice but to send them over my way. I am working around the clock to smooth these issues out and to actually better our product a new website will be coming out shortly , with probably a betting cart 2 x bigger than what we have now.

I would like to thank you for giving Betislands a chance and understanding that yes we have had somewhat of a rough month but this does not translate into anything else than just that , I am confident things are better now and that players can continue to enjoy the service they always have.

Last but not least I would like to apologize for not answering clients as fast as I usually do but my inbox gets hundreds of emails on a daily.

I have had a long and thorough conversation with my staff and pointed out some of things you guys have mentioned over the last week , Betislands prides itself on customer service and I will be do my best to hold myself and this company to those standards.

For the record we cannot control what other sites offer I can only control what Betislands offers. All we have done for our clients is pay them faster than most , treat them better than most , and offer better than most.

like usual i have no knowledge of these matters, but from the outside looking in it was tough to swallow.

Hi guys,

Our affiliation with Jazz is basically we outsource our wagering clerks to them. SBR has met the backers of Betislands that are well respected bookmakers in the credit industry and have been for over 10 years.

Now as far as Durito says that our financial backing should be questioned because we offer free half points during the week is a bit absurd to honest , if the half a point does not apply on 3s and 7s from Monday through Friday then the book is really not being exposed at all.

For some that want to call us a bubblegum shop , please find me a player that has not been paid or has has issues cashing money out from us , not only in BI but going back a few years when I was behind WC.

I understand offshore betting may make some people nervous , but until I skip a payment or take 3 weeks to send a check when I advertise same week then I will take all that comes with that , the business model from BI is to keep it simple with decent limits , great CS , no BS payouts and making the customer feel content betting with us.

Like I said before payouts speak louder than words , I could post on here all day but if we do not pay or break our promises it is worthless. We pay clients and our cash only model allows us to not have to deal with alot of the burocracy and delays that some do.

That quote was from July...do things not change? In July they had no affiliation, now 5 months later they do. What's the big deal? 5 months ago I had an 06' Chevrolet Silverado, now I have a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado
