Betislands handled this horribly and even if everyone got paid tomorrow, their word cant be trusted.

But I do have one question. Is Dudley Dawson officially done at SBR? He shilled so hard for these shit bags, has he even responded? I've been at work all say and am not reading the last 450 posts to find out.

BetIslands was supposed to give us an update on their payouts Thursday and then asked for Monday. They haven't updated players or SBR. SBRforum took the banner above down. SportsbookReview has moved them from B to C. For those looking for Jon, he is no longer with BI. We are hoping mgt realizes that when there is an issue, they can't wait it out and hope for the best. We also hopful they jump back in gear tomorrow and have a plan to update their users.

yes, but they knew what was going on last week when the problems started and they did nothing. I am pretty sure a lot of people deposited last week and that could of been stopped. They should of been proactive and no reactive to everyones comments to downgrade.

I just thought that their actions(or lack of), plus excuses made it seem like a book in trouble. At that point, I said a balance there was worth about 25c on the dollar. In my mind, there was about a 75% chance they would go out of business.

I've been as critical at SBR and John at times as anyone but I think you're slightly out of line, Payton. Up until this incident, BI had paid the bills and deserved the B rating they were given. They told everyone and SBR that payments would go out today and given their track record were given the benefit of the doubt. And they lied. Yes, lied. They knew the payments weren't going out today.

However upon learning they didn't pay, SBR swiftly took down their banner and downgraded them. What else can SBR do?

I think SBR has done fine here. As for their absence in this thread, it seems they're as in the dark as the rest of us and thats understandable. SBR isn't the problem. Betislands is the problem. Keep perspective here.
