payout is not going out today.. I won't even compain any more about this situation. I am either going to lose my money or once I rake out my money, I am done with this place. What a SHIT customer service by BOB. He keep cuts me off and gives me attitude and say go head and post "funny shit" @ SBR. he also said almost all of you who complain here right now doesn't even have money in the account. According to him, he checked one by one and they all have ZERO, NADA. I already wrote an email to Jon to close my acct once it becomes zero balance and asked him to listen to the recording. Dawson gonna probably say some bs saying either I am lying or betislnds has best CSR or whatever... but it is true and you can't make shit like up.

I was just reading on another forum where Corey posts (posted during the whole debacle with EZ). He stated as of yesterday at 5:50 pm he had not been contacted by BI and had not received a penny from them yet. So these slow pays cannot be blamed on paying off the Corey debt. Time to start hoping a real book steps in as assumes the liability.

yeah.. that is true.. but trust me. that will be my real last complain! lolz.. and thanks for the advise. I mainly played @ heritage and deposit minimum amount and went some small chunk of money. I should play small till Monday and take out as much as I can and move it back to Heritage or 5dimes. Also, Corey did not get a single dollar from betislands yet?? so what was the conversation I had yday regarding on betislands paid full 50k??? I guess it was just another lie to cover themselves and makes them look good??

that's good to hear smoke. But at this point, I don't want to play with them mainly because their customer service. and I forgot to mention.. Ryan went to vacation till Friday acording to conversation I had yday with their csr, but now he is out sick according to Bob.

SBR, I know you guys are not saying anything and staying low about this situation but you guys should ask them for all the recording and listen to yourselves so you guys can see how much lying they been doing and how rude Bob was talking to me. and maybe post it here @ sbr?? is this even possible??

there is a reason i have 0 in there.. becasue i am not re upping with them... i deposit a lot with them if im losing and they have lost my business.. funny bob says that casue i have a voicemail form him saturday begging for a deposit.

it really sucks what has happened to them they were my favorite out.. but why deposit there when if i get up some money i can have my money sooner form a different shop quicker heritage,legends 5 dimes etc..

I understand what you are saying and you are right. However, Jon or Ryan(not so much for Ryan if he is really sick) should be availble during the time like this. dudley let me ask you something ? do you feel 100 % secure in what is going on with BI right now?? I can honeslty say i dont know WTF is going on with them, but something is.. if it really is a processor issue then there is a lot of overeation by a lot of people in here.. but right this second i would rather deposit somehwere else until they prove me wrong..

I love how BI treated there customers.. Jon has personally never done a damn thing to me..and has gone above and beyond for me..that being said its a business and it goes both ways.. if i win and they cant pay me i would be bullshit so i feel all these guys pain that are waiting for payouts.

Yet everytime I had to deposit or withdrawl via p2p it was to countries other than Costa Rica. The two main countries they sent to and from...one is in the Americas and the other is an Asian Island nation

For a place that advertises very quick cashouts this is disappointing. Im sure every will be paid but one of the main reasons to play there is gone.
