Cuse rounding into shape nicely, playing well. Florida looks theyre not all on the same page yet, and I haven't seen any of their players apart from Calathes stand out yet.

I am on Florida -3. I watched Syracuse earlier this year and they did not look good. We shall see.

Neither team showing a ton of intensity. Somewhat slow pace, but neither team really stepping up and gutting it out defensively to force bad shots.

Sweet win for my homies at Da 'Cuse. They had two actual good opponents scheduled outside of conference with Florida & Memphis. Even if they go 1-1, that's a solid RPI builder, I hope. Think maybe Jimmy B. got the message about playing the cupcakes finally going to two straight NITs.

I wouldn't say Syracuse is a better team, Florida shot the ball horribly from deep. What about that Big East though? Anybody wanna say it's not the best conference now????

Florida was only shooting 32% from 3 coming in. So they barely shot under their average. Maybe they're just not a good 3 pt. shooting team this season.

That's true about the Utah State game. They seem inconsistent I guess is the real answer so far. Their first game is probably more of what they'll be - 37-38% perhaps.
