In these situations it is best to try and get some positive out of a negative situation. These occurrences can also assist us to manage potential personnel issues that can arise in any business.

The findings on the call recording were as follows:

The representative fielded a call with a direct request for a $300 deposit with an inquiry about the bonus amount for that deposit. The representative offered the 100% bonus option of $300 freeplay to the caller. The representative never mentioned expired promotions on the call. The representative also cited the rollover as 10x on the call; 8x was never mentioned.

On a side note, the representative’s knowledge of SBR was questioned on the call as well. After the termination of the call, there was a live chat message sent with a link to this post.

We are still looking at the hold time issue, as that falls outside of an acceptable range of service for a call.
