All they had to say was it will be a day, two days, 2 weeks, or 20 days and there wouldn't be anything to bitch about. Not the case. Told to me to check back after 5pm est. then after 6 est. then 1/2 hr after that then "it will be tonight for sure" now it's hey there's nothing I can do....I love this book but come on. Completely unacceptable.
