Not exactly. They are battling only for the 6th spot with Pitt and Cincy, but they've lost to Pitt so they'd lose that tiebreaker. If Pitt wins 2/3 then NYJ are eliminated even if they win out.

The way people rip on the Jets constantly you would think they are winless or something......They are 6-7 so how bad are all the teams with worse records than them? How bad are the teams the Jets beat?

I know Sanchez is playing awful, but doesn't that make Rex a good coach when you consider they have lost Revis and Holmes for most of the season and are hovering around .500 with an outside push for the playoffs to make things interesting.....

Horrible QB play, severely lacking offensive weapons, not a bad job overall by Rex so far to keep things together
