I get it..... But do you think his buddy would want him in jail? I mean he did choose to get in the car knowing he was intoxicated. Touchy subject but it has me thinking. If I were to get into the car with one of my friends knowingly intoxicated, if I died, I personally wouldnt want my buddy to go to jail. Thats just me. I'm responsible for my decisions.
