Is betting on Te'o at 6.00 to win heismen worth it?

I know j.m had a great year at AM but a-lot of voters won't consider him since he is a frosh. Te'o had a dominate year, on the nations best team. Everything I have been hearing is this race is very tight, so why is Te'o at 6.00?
