Walmart is completely solvent, they don't need a dime. I think it will be GM. Gov't has a huge stake in AIG but I wouldn't be surprised if it is pieced up and sold, thus not being a gov't "program" when all is said and done. The Citi bailout is something like a 10% stake I believe.

japan did this with the banks, they are now hamstrung and wont take any chances. that is why their economy is been stagnant for over ten years now.... america is heading that way-possibly.
