SBR Racebook. New Format works Perfect. Other's opinions?

The new Racebook works perfectly for me.

No more hung up bets. All bets being accepted even as they are loading into the gate.

Payounts are quickly processed after the race.

What are you other punters experiencing?

Gulfstream takes around 5 minutes to get graded but the other tracks get graded instantly loving the book right now.

Yes waiting on my Gulf 1 to get graded now. Kind of hoping they would add Fairgrounds and Woodbine also.

I have had no problems with the new format, but then again, I didn't have any using the old format.

in chrome the password long in is a bit odd and your not logged in auto if from the forum to the racebook like the old version..other than that its really doing great.

It works how it does now for security reasons. It treats each sportsbook log-in as a unique session, you'll be logged out as you would after a while at the top books.

It looks like the sportsbook is hung up right now, stuck in time and not moving forward.

(I only tried the racebook portion of the software, the other parts may be working properly.)

Not having PRO status it really doesn't matter much with me about points, but still I like to goof in the sportsbook, particularly the racebook. Well, I don't want to piss anyone off but the book has multiple issues for me.

I have 20 points hung up in there from a Penn Nat bet that I made about a week ago, Penn Nat canceled for weather that night, the system does not self correct in the event of a canceled card, at least not for me.

Also today, and this is a good one, I bet what points I had (13) to win on a horse, the horse won the race, my points disappeared and there is no history of me even making the bet?

Yes, I am somewhat medicated, but I believe I am being factual.

Daoilman... Talk to live chat to get your Penn bet voided. Penn Nat track had issues a couple of days.

As for your bet not processed. Did you see a confirmation number after your bet was made? Or did you see it in the pending section after you bet? If you bet at the last second your bet may have been locked in space as the race was being closed.

Slow to grade will discourage almost all real money punters.

I'm guessing that the SBR racebook mimics the Diamond racebook?

Grading has to be extremely fast in horse racing, as many players move very quickly from their last winner to their next bet. The SBR book is very slow to grade.

Most times the hung up bet is one flagged as being past the post. Message SBR Odds on the posting forum if something like that happens.

You are most welcome for the feedback, I only speak up because I would like to see it better. As for betting at the last second and the bet being flagged, I suppose that it does happen often, and it is not unreasonable for grade to be delayed for this reason. At issue here is that if the offshores want the racebook action they will need to be faster, 15 minutes to grade is unheard of with the U.S. sites, only when there is an objection or inquiry will it take that kind of time. Inevitably horse players will avoid repeated slow grade sites when betting real dollars.

Also, it should be added that most players will go elsewhere long before they will break from action to write a message to support.
