Not always. I have seen widely available lines in Vegas that you couldn't get off-shore. Usually just half point but still interesting. The hockey dogs in Vegas are sometimes softest in the world.

Vegas lines are equal to about a 3rd tier super square vanilla book. The top Vegas sportsbook has nowhere near the budget that Pinnacle invests into their line making. Casinos invests only a fractional budget on the sportsbook while Pinnacle has the luxury of allocating almost their entire budget on bookmaking.

Vegas has better lines actually, Pinnacle has the smallest hold on average but you can get lines in Vegas equal to or better than pinnacle I would say 75% of the time.

That might change with all the shit that just hit the fan and places arent fooling around with numbers and pinnacle losing some players, but vegas isnt as bad as everyone thinks it is. Just have low limits for guys who like to bet more than air, points, or lunch money. But for 95% of the people who gamble their limits are more than enough.

I know for a fact that some vegas casinos have higher limits than pinnacle, but i dont know if the lines are better. pinnacle sometimes give 1.953 on both the over and under, i am not sure the casinos can do much better than that. i thought this thread would lead to a consensus, but it seems divided along the aisle!!

The best lines (on paper, not talking about what/when sharps want to hammer a game) are at Matchbook, not always available obv. but right now Broncos -10 +104 Raiders -106. After comission this is a 3c spread, and you can do better if you make an offer on the +105 probably.

Why? getting matched is better, but the lines are all there and then you just pay 1% (not 2%) no matter if you win or lose.
So this line is better than Pinny's -104.
