First off, if we're going to be technical, #3 and #8 are not facts. What is a fact though, is Kobe is the youngest play in NBA history to eclipse 30k points. Why you are attempting to argue this fact with your mixture of facts and opinions is beyond me. Sure how he did it may certainly be different, (which is completely contrary to #8 of your "facts") but how is "youngest ever" a stretch? It's a fact, he was the youngest to do it.
