Rex jumped the shark after Hard Knocks HBO. He just CANT stfu. Its impossible for him to stop talking. He may get a pass this year with Revis out but he's on the hot seat just as much as any coach in sports.

If I was Rex Ryan I would be damned if I was going to let that be true. Sanchez is awful. If you start McElroy, assuming that Tebow is out, you only have Sanchez to go to if needed while in the midst of the game. That would bring no energy whatsoever to the team. If he keeps it the same as last week, he always has that whole card to play during the game to spark the team and end up with the same result as last week.

IMO it was really his only choice at this point, again, assuming that Tebow would be out.

I do not consider them geniuses whatsoever. They got a bit lucky that Peyton is healthy and playing well, still a good signing, but the lack of respect for Tebow on the way out the door was embarrassing. I love Peyton and want to root for them, but Tebow reignited that fan base, and Fox and Elway take the credit for it, Elway can rot in a hole, hope Peyton throws for 6 TD's in a playoff game and they still get thrashed.

Sanchez is in big trouble with his receivers hurt this yr and is usually better then he has been, but tebow should be the starter. He's not a prototypical qb but he does so many other things well such as run clock get first downs lead by example keep turnovers down. Idk just my thoughts
