Germany U20 women vs Japan U20 women(soccer)
took Japan U20 women to get the 1st goal kick in 2nd half, it was Japan that took it, but my bet is marked lost and result is marked GER U20. I cannot believe this!!! What now??

Is it really worth to make a complain? I have already emailed bwin support, but I know it won't answer until tomorrow...

I haven't had problem with those goal kicks before, always they have settled the correct!

Also the bet amount wasn't big(12 euros)

The first route is to try contacting CSD. Most books will fix misgraded bets quickly if you email them.
