Every Year at this time... Recruited players should have the OPTION to
Transfer unimpeded without penalty to another NCAAF school when the HC is fired or when the HC leaves for a better job

These kids are getting fuuked bad enough by not receiving some $$$ from the Billion dollar BUSINESS of NCAA Sports

Pretty sure they do. At least in basketball they do. If the HC you committed to leaves, you have valid reason to opt out of the national letter of intent.

It is still the university who has to grant it, but most do. The only reason they don't is if it somehow impacts their academic progress reports. But that shouldn't be a problem in football, it is in basketball because the season starts later.

CD , most football programs will not allow unless the kid goes to a lessor Div

also never would Mich allow a kid to go to Ohio St or Ala to Aub ect

That actually is a good point I didn't think about. Most for sure will put restrictions in place. Most of those restrictions are specific conferences or in some instances even specific schools.

Anyway, the point you made is salient. No reason to not allow these kids to transfer. The old excuse that he committed to a school is rarely the case. (I know of one specifically - but even then).

Many many of these highly prized kids come from very low income families... They barely have money for the latest style clothes or even date money while the Universities are ranking in Million$ and paying coaches Million$

Then a kid pawns something he OWNS for some cash then he is vilified by the NCAA

I have no issue with coaches leaving for better gigs

But the kids should not be punished

Should be able to transfer to any school they want without having to sit out
