Requested a payout from them this morning, didn't hear anything all day and called back ten hours later and after dealing with some major asshole customer service reps on the phone some guy tells me they aren't sending payouts out until tomorrow. Seriously betislands go f yourselves. I am done with this book after the Super Bowl.

I have too but things have definitely changed with them. You can tell if you call, used to answer "betislands this is Ben" now it's "account number" then they put you on hold without telling you. I wouldn't be super pissed if they are just having processing problems today but the customer service has gone to hell.

Weak... just throwing guys personal problems out on a public forum... zero discretion or consideration for a guy and his struggles. Not news worthy at all just rude. Like that New York pic of guy dying on subway tracks... instead of helping photographer just clicking pictures till guy is killed and then they front page it. I am appalled...
