Nah they probably won't. Georgia just lost their national championship. They won't care as much about this game as they would have for a bcs bowl.

People say this every year and in the end Big Ten goes around .500 ATS.
The season is meaningless compared to the bowl games.

Yeah, was definitely a down year for the Big Ten. As for basketball, the Big Ten is stacked

My bet is B1G goes 3-4 straight up in the bowl season this year.
(3 wins out of Mich, MSU, NU, Wiscy)

Why is it spelled B1G? And K13, your comment doesn't make much sense. Bowl games are what it is all about?

I meant the season has no bearing on how results play out in bowl games.
Every year people want to fade the ACC/Big Ten lets say because they suck as conferences yet look at their ATS records the last ten years. Can't be that profitable.

I agree, huge letdown spot for Georgia. Who knows what team you get on field versus Nebraska. Maybe they come out pissed and Gurley/Marshall run wild on Nebraskas paper defense or they come out very nonchalant and who knows what happens then.

Okay. Ya, I agree with that. Better off having never watched these games. Having just watched Georgia's run game last few weeks and Nebraksa's run d, you would say this is a no-brainer, but no so. Almost never so.

I disagree. There is so much time between now and the bowl game that they will deal with it. Seniors will want to go out on a win and anyone with NFL aspirations will want to pad their stats and put on some highlight reel performances.
Martinez is garbage when he has to throw from behind and the Huskers defense is laughable.
