#17they got snubbed lol and they went 9-3 another example of why the NCAA is bullshit.
I think all the colleges need to pull their program out of the NCAA and join the NAIA or some other organizaton. If top programs did this they would still get money and tv exposure and they could have their playoff and do away with the bowl system.Comment -

#20definitely. I hear people saying Oklahoma should be in BCS but they suck this year. they lost to west virginia , thats a new low for Bob Stoops.
Oklahoma can't stop a nose bleed defensively. I know about the Heisman curse but Johnny Football is going to have his way with Oklahoma's defense.
Michigan won't be able to do shit against that South Carolina defense. I think the new QB for South Carolina Dylan Thompson is better than Connor Shaw. Dylan Thompson has that swagger. That "it factor" he's a cocky son of a bitch! i like it.Comment -

#22is there any possible way the Bama line gets down to -7?
i'm shocked at all the love Notre Dame is getting. Yeah their schedule looked tough at the start of the season but looking back at it now , i don't think they have been tested by a team the caliber of Alabama.
Oklahoma, Southern Cal, Michigan, Michigan State were all extremely overrated this year.
This Alabama offensive line will dominate the line of scrimmage. AJ McCarron should have all day to sit back in the pocket and pick ND apart.Comment -

#24Besides the NC and Kansas St vs Oregon (which will be closer than I think most people think) and finally Texas A&M VS OU in the Cotton Bowl. Time for A&M to either prove the SEC really is better than the BIG 12 and that A&M really is just that much better than they were last year. Will be an interesting one. Those are pretty much the only 3 I care about.
Runner up games: LSU vs Clemson; Wisconsin vs Stanford
Also...As far as ND vs Alabama. Its too easy to pick Alabama to roll. I hope they do like a majority of people on this board but for some reason I could just the luck of the Irish keeping this close. I hope not but it could happen. Definitely not gonna play this one until kickoff and may wait until LIVE in play.Comment -

#32Generally speaking, the bowl matchups are not good this year and there are far too many of them. Teams should need 7, if not 8 wins to qualify. Unfortunately, the money grab takes priority. Never liked the way the NCAA operates.Comment -

#33Can't fault Tech for asking for a few more days in anticipation of being invited to a better bowl, granted they deserved it with a 9-3 record, best O in the country, and had AM (only team that beat Bama) on the ropes only to fall short. Not to mention it seems they draw attraction from fans all over, exciting team to watch with that O but in addition their D is awful so makes games shootouts that draw crowds and spectators, thought a bowl committee would see this but guess not. Feel bad for them not going bowling but the bowls and fans are the real losers here... bad call keeping them out.Comment -

Also, far from the best team in the nation. Notre Dame is also going to be exposed by Alabama. Being undefeated, when you played a lot of B1G teams isn't all that impressive this year.
tOSU isn't great by any stretch. If your dumbass AD wasn't so pig headed, and accepted the bowl ban during the interim coaches season - you'd be playing in the worst national championship game in a looonnnggg time.Comment -
