These GMs dont know shit, if they did they would all win and there wouldnt be busts all over the place in the NFL.

get a list of the first and second picks by every team in the league then see how many have made an impact, then see how many are left in the league i wold bet that if you looked at the last 5 years less than half of those players made an impact and probably less than 30% of them are even in the league anymore.

But because the whole league is so inept at identifying talent it all works out because everyone passes on the actual guys who can play and they still get drafted, it might be in the 5th or 6th round but they still get there.
