I havent been here long enough to answer that, but you always get differing opinions of books that SBR promotes or gives good ratings. I for one, dont feel that there are 10 + offshore books that deserve A ratings. Futhermore, as I have stated Buck and Kincaid of 680THEFAN, which is a nationally syndicated radio station, promoted the now clearly defunct Gibraltar chain. So, I dont necessarily put any stock in these ratings or someone that is supposedly credible big-upping a book. I try them for myself. Once again to answer your question I dont know how many have stiffed, but Im quite sure there have been a few, and will be more, cw is not "officially" promoted here but they will be one.Comment -
Well, Cascade used to have an "A" rating, so I'm pretty sure they must have been on the SBR honour roll at one point.....That was before All Hell broke loose there of course.....Comment -

It depends how you define "promoted." If simply having an above average rating qualifies as promoting, then Cascade would fit the bill for sure. I'm 99% sure Cascade has never had a banner but they were A rated at one time.
Get down to it, it also depends how you define "stiffed." People claim all kinds of stiffs everywhere. There is a lot of he-said/she-said. What is real? What is justified?

Mudcat may not have been around long enough but 4 or 5 books went down stiffing people. I don't think SBR tried fool anyone but it happens.Comment -
