When I posted it, it was showing the guys talk at halftime on NBA TV, if its past the scheduled tip off time, than please void it. I had to get it in my books first before I had a chance to look up this thread and submit it.

No in game plays means you cant take teams for the 2nd half, ect. Once the tipoff time has passed no more wagers for that game

It never states 2nd halves (or "in game" plays) cant be played in the rules, but it did state:

"any half/quarters apply."

how strict are we going to be on the tip off times? (for grading) most of t's picks are coming in before actual tipoff, but after scheduled game time. like 5 min after the hour. i would assume to count these plays, but then we need to go back and add the ones i left out from before.

basically it was never addressed in the rules from the other thread. do plays have to be by the scheduled game time? or is a 5-10 minute window before actual tip off still ok?
