Except for the Cowboys type line inflation that follows Bama this line should be about 3.5-4.5. How often do 4 point dogs win outright? About 2 times in every 5 tries or there abouts. So yes, they have a good shot to win.

This team is the best team in the sec. Yes i am a homer but as long as the keep the mistakes down they will be ok. They have a very good qb and fantastic running game. There defense is on par with Alabama. Most people will say they havent played anyone blah blah. in reality they had a schedule rank of 42 while alabama's was 39 so not much difference. They got destroyed by S. Carolina where i am not sure what happen but everything that could go wrong could, but all teams have some let down. Alabama should actually have 2 losses if it was for that miracle lsu game. These two teams match up evenly and as john says this should be a -3 spread. I think Its closer to a pickem game so the points are a gift. I also thought georgia would beat lsu last year and that didnt go so well though. Mark Reicht really needs this game. They did blow out the teams they were suppose to and even beat a 8-4 vanderbilt team 48-3
There last 5 games
Georgia tech who has a great offense
georgia southern blah but they can definatly score
auburn they suck
ole miss good offense
florida was a lot of peoples fav to win the east
they gave up a total of 43 points in these 5 games combined. There defense got rocked first of year but they had lots of suspensions on defense

This will be a ole fashion sec defensive matchup.

Georgia man for man has more pros than Alabama. Saban is just a much better coach than richt.
with that being said I think Georgia certainly covers and has a decent shot to win

They beat Kentucky by only 5 and UK was by far the worst team in the SEC.
Sure Georgia could win but I wouldn't go against Alabama under Saban and a national title with the win.

It all depends on if Alabama can put pressure on Murray. Alabama's pass rush needs to improve or Murray can find some holes in Alabama's young secondary. I think Georgia has a chance. Alabama also needs to run the ball more then they have been doing lately.

Neither team played the top 3 teams on the other side of the conference. Each team fell behind quickly in their one loss. Only difference there is Bama came back and GA played dead. I think it's time for me to go ahead and reveal Alabama's sekret weapon. Forget the defense. Forget the QB, WR's and RBs. It is Chance Warmack, the O guard. Each game has been determined on how much of his belly has shown beneath his jersey.
