    False starts should be declinable
If it's not a blatant flast start and the play proceeds, it should be declinable by the D.

It penalizes the D if they get a stop on the play, but the offense gets to redo the play from 5 yards back.

I need to start betting on rugby.

But they blow the play dead.... we never see a true result after a false start.

And most of the time it would draw the defense offsides as well.

They need to blow all offside plays dead too. As it stands now, half the time they let the play go and half the time they blow it dead due to clear path to QB. The problem is that they seem to call clear path randomly. Sometimes the guy doesn't have even close to a clear path and the QB is mobile but they call the play dead. Then sometimes its clearly a clear path and they don't blow the play dead.

Pass interference should be reviewable too. I don't know how many times I've seen blown pass interference calls on 3rd and long giving the team on offense a huge edge.

But if they fixed these things I guess the refs would not be able to fix the games anymore.
