Wrong. He is a draw regardless and marquez is far from a washed up fighter. Marquez at 39 will be the fresher man in the ring.


This is a recent picture of marquez. I've watched some of his training/sparring videos and he looks explosive as fuk with both hands.

Look at this short training clip recently of marquez. Guy looks bigger/stronger and possibly faster than pacquiao. Look at them crisp powerful left hooks. Thats something he didn't even land or seem to have in the 3rd fight where he still whooped pacs ass. That left hook might be the massive difference in the fight where juan finally puts pacquiao on his ass/hurts him badly.

Also one of pacquiao's keys to him looking so good in the past has been alex arizas methods of strengthening/conditioning the body. Here's an interview of ariza stating pacquiao is not following his regimen and seems very concerned about this fight based on speech/body language.

I dunno, but if you think it goes to decision I would be wearing because judges tend to overcompensate on rematches when their other fights were publicly deemed a robbery.

boxers are more compensated than athlete fighters such as the MMA. Promoters get 20-30% of the guaranteed purse while MMA such as dana who worth as much as Arum now is not required bylaw to full disclose the actual purse of a fighter and thus can take a bigger piece of the pie.
