Depends. whoever is rated highest among UT, OU or Tech in the BCS would go. Most models predict that it would be OU, though UT still has some hope. If Tech wins, they're in. If not, they're most likely out.

It would be quite a mess if OU wins by 10 or less (considering they're a 7 point fave)...

UT beat then #1 OU by 10 on a neutral field as a TD dog and lost to Tech with 1 second remaining at Lubbock (after playing their worst game of the season). Tech would have beaten then #1 UT at home but lost to OU on the road. OU would have beaten Tech at home but lost to UT on a neutral field. Who deserves it the most?
