I don't see how I could throw down on the Cowboys -10 against anyone. There is a reason why they are sub .500. And home field advantage in that cavern? That's not even a factor. What about Philly's desire not to get humiliated by a division rival, and the potential to deliver the k.o. punch to the Cowboys' playoff chances? I don't like to make picks based on how much a team "wants it" compared to the other, but I can't imagine the Eagles players are real keen on the idea of getting blown out by the hated Cowboys. And don't forget that Romo's playing with a lot of pressure and constantly second-guessed - maybe he gets a little rattled early by a pick or a few missed third down completions, the rope around his neck gets a little tighter, and who knows, maybe he has a shitty game.

Cowboys are an awful squad. Yeah, Dez could have three tds and they could blow out Philly, but it's not absurd that they could also lose this game outright. I think it's quite possible they just squeak out an ugly, ugly win. No way I'd load up on the boys in this spot.

Only safe play in this is to somehow tease Dallas under the 3. Game is going to look like pre-season week 2 start of the 2nd quarter. A lot of Philly backups are going to be playing hard, and the Cowboys are 1. Not that good and 2. Very capable of blowing a 10 point cover.
