I like the Niners but what's up with Harbaugh whining to the ref's ever other down?

#161I never met the guy, died in logging accident three weeks before I was born. But I have pictures of him doing all kinds of stuff, working on the bridge, climbing 2-250 ft. redwoods to top them. During prohibition he ran a still out of the family's living room. Got a picture of my dad as a kid sitting next to it.Originally posted by zoo youkpretty cool stuff.Comment -

#171Yeah, I was working as a parole officer and they offered me an early out retirement if I bought my four years military time. That gave me 25 yrs of service. To me the job just kept getting more crazy so I took it. I drove truck for a friend and then Warner Trucking out of Neb. for a while to have medical insurance. Then on a vacation to Cancun I started thinking I could move down here and live on a beach. There's shit you have to put up with but so far, for me, the good out weighs the bad. I've been here a little over five years, best decision I ever made in my opinion. Casinos, chicas in bikinis, cold beer, warm ocean... what's not to like?Originally posted by zoo youkpretty cool history. you said before you were located in Mexico right? may I ask, if you moved there by choice or what?Comment -

#175Yeah I owned a small construction business, me and one employee. One Christmas I was installing a new floor in a bar (only day they closed) and I realized I'd done the same thing the year before just for a different bar. I checked over my dayrunners and realized I hadn't had a day off in well over two years. The state offered me the early out, sold the business to my employee (have no idea why he didn't just wait for me to leave then buy some power tools and a van, but... whatever.) Drove OTR for a while, 6 month+/-, and next thing I know I'm living on a beach in Mexico.Originally posted by zoo youkawesome man. definition of working hard and than playing hard
I have two older dogs, which is partly why I chose Mexico. Once they pass which a fear will be soon I may travel as much as my budget allows. I've found if you go native and find cheap flights you can check out almost anywhere.
Unless you just love to work I'd suggest everyone retire as soon as they possible can. Living aboard is one way to help with the cost. I live here for just under grand a month. That includes everything- housing (on the beach) insur.- home/auto and health. Elect. Phones/interent, land and cell, food and beer.Comment
