Should have been a fumble for a TD for the Raiders. Instead - due to an inadvertent whistle. no td, no ball and cincy got to replay the down to boot! Would have been a fourth down...then a huge fight!

Then a first down for the Bengals. Refs had chance to make things right after that fight, especially since dumb@ss Bengals player started it.
#Replacement Officials at least treated the Raiders Fairly!
